Sahagun held different positions during this time, starting as an industrial engineer and ergonomics coordinator, and eventually becoming plant manager. Prior to that, he worked as an academic instructor at both the undergraduate and graduate levels at IIES. He was instrumental in deing the curricula for several undergraduate business majors.
During his doctoral studies, Dr. He is an active member of the American Marketing Association.
